Lino Professional Cleaning Services ("Lino", "we", "us") is a family-run cleaning company based in Tampa, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit linoprofessionalcleaning.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a quote through our form, text, call or email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, the type of cleaning you need and any notes about your home.
Information collected automatically
Our website uses the Google tag (Google Ads). It uses cookies and similar technologies to record things like the pages you visit, whether you arrived from one of our ads, and whether you sent a quote request or tapped to text or call us. It may also collect technical details such as your browser, device type and approximate location.
We also use a first-party analytics script provided by our marketing agency (Spartus Digital). It records page visits, the ad or link that brought you to the site (UTM parameters) and taps on our call, text and quote buttons, using a random visitor ID. It does not record your name, email or phone number.
How we use your information
- To reply to your quote request and schedule and provide your cleaning.
- To contact you by phone, text or email about your request or service.
- To measure how well our ads work and improve our website.
Advertising measurement (Google enhanced conversions)
When you submit our quote form, your email address and phone number are converted into an unreadable code (hashed with SHA-256) in your browser before being sent to Google. Google uses this code only to tell us whether our ads led to your request. Google does not receive your email or phone number in readable form, and we do not use this to send you ads by email or text.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (which receives quote form submissions) and Google (for the advertising measurement described above), or when required by law.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and keep reasonable business records, and then delete it.
Your choices
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time; just tell us by text, call or email.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you.

Children
Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
